Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and most major credit and debit cards.

Post & Packaging
Post & Packing charges are calculated when you checkout and are based upon your location. Our preferred courier is ParcelForce.

We despatch our parcels Monday-Friday after 3.30pm and your order is urgent, please call us to see if we can still despatch it same-day. We will always try to meet your requirements.

Back Orders
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

To request a refund or replacement please contact us first by email. We will require you to return the goods, at your cost, to us for inspection. Fairview Lifting Gear Services will not be liable for goods that are lost or damaged in transit and recommend that you obtain proof of posting.
